The game really has changed. Burnout feels like the new baseline for so many of us, especially women trying to do it all and still stay “fine.” I love that you’re creating space to talk about it honestly. We need more of that kind of realness, not more resilience training.

100%! A whole generation of us are burned out and exhausted, and it’s so important to have an open community where we can talk about what’s really happening instead of pretending everything’s fine by ourselves.

It's crazy how similar our experiences with burnout are! I also went through several mini-burnouts (temporarily placated with vacations) before having The Big One after landing my dream job. I've learned so much since and I'm excited to share with the Burnout BFF Community!

Burnout girlies unite!!! I always thought I was "lazy" or have "low stress tolerance" until I met other people who's also gone through multiple burnouts and realized I'm not alone. This is why community is so important 💛

In a world that ridiculously emphasizes on wars, hatred, competitions and discriminations, this is really a God blessed way of thinking and living.❤️
